1. Introduction

Welcome to ValmikiMarriage.com (“VMC”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of our website, mobile site (WAP), and mobile application (“Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Eligibility

• ಭಾರತೀಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರು, NRIಗಳು, PIOಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತೀಯ ವಂಶದವರು.
• ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ವಯಸ್ಸು: ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು – 18 ವರ್ಷ; ಪುರುಷರು – 21 ವರ್ಷ.
• ವಿಚ್ಛೇದ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವವರು ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಬಹುದು.
• ಇತರರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರೊಫೈಲ್ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವವರು ಅವರ ಅನುಮತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.
• Indian Citizens, NRIs, PIOs, and Persons of Indian Heritage.
• Minimum age: Women – 18 years; Men – 21 years.
• Awaiting divorce individuals may register.
• Registrants creating profiles for others must have their consent.

3. Registration

• ಬಳಕೆದಾರರು ಸರಿಯಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಫೋಟೋಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕು.
• ನಕಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಪ್ರೊಫೈಲ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
• ತಪ್ಪಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರೆ, ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಲುಗಡೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಎದುರಾಗಬಹುದು.
• Users must provide accurate information and recent photographs.
• Duplicate or fake profiles are prohibited.
• Any false information may result in suspension without refund and legal action.

4. Account Security

• ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಲಾಗಿನ್ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿಡಬೇಕು.
• VMC ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಾಸ್ವರ್ಡ್ ಕೇಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
• ಖಾತೆಯ ಒಳಗಿನ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀವು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಾಗುತ್ತೀರಿ.
• Members must safeguard login credentials.
• VMC will never ask for your password.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Role & Responsibility of VMC

• VMC ಕೇವಲ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ವಿನಿಮಯ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರತವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
• ಪ್ರೊಫೈಲ್ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ.
• VMC ಪ್ರಿ/ಪೋಸ್ಟ್ ಮದುವೆ ವಿವಾದಗಳಿಗೆ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲ.
• ದುರ್ಭಾವನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾದ ಖಾತೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರತವಾಗಿ ತಡೆಯಬಹುದು ಅಥವಾ ನಿಷ್ಕ್ರಿಯಗೊಳಿಸಬಹುದು.
• VMC acts only as an information exchange platform.
• Verification of profiles is member’s responsibility.
• VMC is not responsible for pre/post marriage disputes.
• VMC may block or deactivate accounts involved in misuse.

6. Role & Responsibility of Members

• ಸದಸ್ಯರು ವೇದಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇವಲ ನಿಜವಾದ ವಿವಾಹ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಳಸಿ.
• ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗೌಪ್ಯತಾ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಬೇಕು.
• ಯಾವುದೇ ದುರ್ಬಹು, ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಲ್ಲದ ವರ್ತನೆ, հಯ್ಯಾರಣೆ ಅಥವಾ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆ ಘಟಿಸಿದರೆ ಖಾತೆ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಿಫಂಡ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಬಹುದು.
• Members must use the platform only for genuine matrimonial purposes.
• Members must follow online-safety and privacy guidelines.
• In case of any misconduct, misbehavior, harassment, or abusive activity toward any member or staff, the account will be immediately deactivated without refund and may face legal action.

7. Confidentiality & Feedback

• ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಗೌಪ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
• VMC ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಬಳಸಬಹುದು.
• Feedback is treated as non-confidential.
• VMC may use feedback without obligation.

8. Privacy

Personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue using the platform.

9. Mode of Payment

• ಪಾವತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಗದು, PayU ಮುಂತಾದದ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.
• ಪಾವತಿ ದೃಢೀಕರಣದ ನಂತರವೇ ಸೇವೆಗಳು ಸಕ್ರಿಯಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತವೆ.
• Payments may be made via Cash, PayU, etc.
• Services activate only after payment confirmation.

10. Refund & Assignment

• ಸದಸ್ಯತಾ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳು ಕಠಿಣವಾಗಿ ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸವುದು ಇಲ್ಲ.
• ಸದಸ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಲು ಅಥವಾ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
• Membership fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Membership cannot be transferred or shared.

11. Limitation of Liability

VMC is not responsible for incorrect information provided by members. Members must verify profiles before proceeding.

12. Code of Conduct

Members shall not:

• ಯಾವುದೇ ಸದಸ್ಯನನ್ನು ಕಿರಿಕಿರಿ ಅಥವಾ ಹಿಂಸಿಸಬಾರದು.
• ಅಶ್ಲೀಲ ಅಥವಾ ಭ್ರಮೆಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅಪ್ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು.
• ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಅಥವಾ ಕಾನೂನುಬಾಹ್ಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಬಳಸಬಾರದು.
• Harass or abuse any member.
• Upload obscene or misleading content.
• Use member data for commercial or illegal purposes.

13. Termination

VMC may terminate accounts involved in misuse, fake information, or misconduct.

14. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Hubli, Karnataka jurisdiction.
